What is it?
A free audio recording that can help you in many ways.
It doesn’t matter whether you think of it as:
- A mental declutter
- A spring clean for your mind
- A way to let go of unhelpful thoughts
- A way to build better and more empowering self-talk
- Or simply a way to relax, deeply and completely
What does matter is that you have a strategy and some tools to do these things, and, that you make time to do them of course.
Most things that need a little attention from time to time. Engines need regular servicing, shelves need to be dusted, floors swept and fridges cleaned behind. Your mind is one of the most precious resources that you have, why would it be any different?

I’m promoting The Mindset Academy which is an online community for people who are into personal development. It’s pretty new so while there is limited content at the moment it’s being added to regularly.
